Chiru clears rumors on PCC Chief post
Rajya Sabha member Chiranjeevi have finally decided to put an end to the speculations of High Command is in talks with him since few days to make him the next PCC Chief by replacing Botsa Satyanarayana. The actor-turned-politician ruled out the possibility of change in leadership any time soon.
"There is no truth in these media reports. I don't think there is any need of changing PCC Chief at this juncture. Botsa Satyanarayana is doing a fine job. We will work hard collectively to retain power in 2014 both at Centre and State," he clarified.
On a finishing note, the actor once again made it clear that he is ready to take any responsibility offered by the party High Command.
Speculations of Chiru occupying the PCC Chief chair have been making rounds after his recent meeting with AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi in Delhi. It is being reported in media that Sonia has offered him to choose one among the PCC Chief and Union Cabinet Ministry.
