PR Elections! Tension In Kiran, Naidu, Vijayamma
With High Court ordering the ruling party to conduct Panchayat Raj (Local Body) elections within next three months, there starts tension in all parties. These elections are pending from last one year and special officers are running the bodies from then.
After finalizing the reservations for SC, ST, BC candidates, local body elections should be conducted within three months, ordered AP High Court today. Looking at the orders of High Court is creating tensions for political parties, as none of them are prepared for the elections.
Congress is already limping with troubles and strengthening cadres for better coordination is an impossible job for Kiran and Botsa now. Telugudesam is busy playing BC-card but results are not predictable for this party as the recent by-polls have already proved that. Another lone aspirant, YSR-Congress is having high hopes but the weak functioning of low level cadres that is evident at recent 'fee reimbursement' dharna is hitting them hard now.
With all parties having their merits and demerits, we have to see who will win the confidence of people now.
