UP CM Behind Rahul Gandhi Rape Case?
A lawyer told to a court Monday that UP's present Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav forced him to lodge a fake 'rape' case against Rahul Gandhi in Allahabad high court in 2011. This startling revelation is made by the counsel of one Kishore Samrite, who is fined by Court for alleging fake accusations on Rahul.
In 2011, a case was filed on Rahul Gandhi for allegedly detaining a girl in Amethi Constituency and raping her along with his friends. After CBI probe into the incident, Rahul is found innocent and Court ordered Kishore, who lodged the complaint, to pay 50 lakhs fine to the girl, CBI and police. In response to this verdict, Kishore filed a counter petition again and now it is revealed by his lawyer Kamini Jaiswal that on the pretext of UP CM Akhilesh Yadav her client lodged that complaint. Even the judges felt that there could be no smoke without fire.
Kishore is a former Samajwadi Party MLA and now wants to get that fine waived. However, Court also directed the concerned parties to file an affidavit regarding Akhilesh's involvement.
