Why Bipasha didn't guide Esha Gupta for RAAZ 3?
Time and again when a film with a multiple heroine set-up is all set to be released, there are two kinds of stories that start floating around. Either there are tidbits around cat fights that come into circulation (though thankfully this angle has started drying down) or one starts hearing the call of 'we were like one big family and the shoot went off like a picnic' (something which is pretty much in vogue today).
However when it comes to Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta, it has been pretty much business as usual for the two ladies. In fact the senior actress also says that there was no need for her to mentor the new entrant at all during the making of the film.

''See, when I started AJNABEE 10 years back, there was no one who was holding my finger. Everyone out there be it Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol or Abbas-Mustan were seasoned professional. This means you have to basically fend for yourself in the industry. Yes, people can be supportive and sweet; after all that's the job of a co-star. You also have to be nice to everyone as a senior. However when you are beginning your career, you have to find your thing. Due to this there was no need for me to take Esha under my wings. No one has to do that for anyone.''
She has some good words to say about her co-star though.
''The good thing about Esha is that she is bright and knows what she is doing,'' says Bipasha, ''This means on a personal level we had this nice girly banter whenever we met. However on a professional level I didn't have to tell her anything. She was pretty much on her own and doing good for herself.''
