Jagan's Case: Vijay Sai in trouble!
Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday issued notices to Jagan's financial advisor and auditor Vijay Sai Reddy in connection with the disproportionate assets case.
Vijay Sai, accused No. 2 in Jagan assets case, was asked to be present at the ED Office in Delhi on 29 of this month. Earlier, the ED officials have grilled him twice and they called him yet again to collect some crucial from him. With CBI filing petition to cancel bail granted to him and ED speeding up the investigation, chances were high that Vijay Sai who is on a conditional bail will be back in prison soon.
CBI has produced four charge sheets in Jagan's illegal assets case till date and those copies were handed over to the ED. Cases were booked against the accused under prevention of Money Laundering Act and Foreign Exchange & Management Act.
On the other hand, the special CBI court has extended the Judicial custody of Jagan, Mopidevi and Nimmagadda Prasad on Thursday till November 8. Congress minister Dharmana and Vijay Sai Reddy too appeared before the court Today.
