Dollar Seshadri Tells His Name Secret
One of the popular working celebrities in Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam's kit is none other than Dollar Seshadri. Till date he is engulfed with controversies, scams and other power politics, which Seshadri has now condemned.
For the first time, Dollar Seshadri has given interview to a media house and revealed some shocking secrets. 'I've worked in all levels in TTD from 1977 as an LD, UD, Officer on Special Duty and I never wear any shirt wherever I go in India. My unique attire gave me this special recognition but nothing else', says Seshadri talking about his popularity.
'For example, Abdul Kalam met me as a junior scientist, Sr Scientist, Head of India Space Research and as a President Of India too. He is in different positions but I'm the same always. So he remembers me. There is nothing like power politics played by me', he quoted.
Responding to a question why he is called Dollar Seshadri in the first places, he says 'Media named me dollar Seshadri, because I wear a big dollar locket in my neck'. He further adds, 'the dollar consists of an embossed image of ram (male sheep) getting attention of everyone. This is to avoid dishti'.
