Manmohan, Pranab, Azad In AP, Why?
The whole of Congress' key battalion is in Andhra Pradesh today and there is a reason behind this. No, they are not here to give any special grants to us.
Prime Minister Manmohan is in AP at Sriharikota to witness the launch of ISRO's 100th Mission, PSLV-C21. This unmanned mission is going to launch three satellites into orbits and our PM is delighted to witness it live.
President Pranab Mukherjee is in Tirumala to pay homage to Lord Balaji on his first official tour as President of Inndia. As promised earlier, Pranab got his first vote in favour from TTD chairman Kanumuri Bapiraju and in turn he should make his first official visit to the shrine.
Finally, Ghulam Azad, Andhra Pradesh observer from Delhi is in state to attend wedding of minister Shabbir Ali's daughter Shazia Parveen. She is going to enter wedlock with RTC MD, AK Khan's son Mohsin Khan today in the evening.
