TDP invokes RTI: Jagan & Co. in tension
TDP is leaving no stone unturned to trouble YSR Congress and the latest step taken by them is to invoke the Right To Information (RTI) Act to secure the call data of Chanchalguda jail authorities who were accused of providing mobile phone facility to YS Jagan.
Party leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu revealed that he filed an application seeking the call list information of the jail staff deployed at the blocks meant for under trail VIP prisoners using RTI act. "We have clear information that Jagan has been using mobile phones and other gadgets to stay in touch with party leaders from jail. Jail authorities haven't responded when we complained against his wrongdoings, so we have invoked the RTI,' says the senior.
Apart from the call data, Yanamala also sought the details of visitors who met Jagan in Jail during the period May 15 to October 20. If the call data, copies of log book which will have visitors details and the CCTV Camera recordings in Jail reach TDP, then Jagan and YSRC will land in big trouble. So, Jagan camp has got every reason to feel tensed now!
