Global hunt for parents of mystery girl found in Greece

Greek police have launched an international search to establish the identity of a little girl found living with a Roma couple who are not her parents.

They hope Interpol can help solve the mystery of the girl, aged around four, who was discovered in central Greece. Suspicions were aroused as she bore no resemblance to the two adults.

“During questioning about the girl, they gave conflicting answers,” a news conference was told by Vassilis Halatsis, the Police Director of Thessalia province. “The constantly changing claims of the supposed parents consolidated our beliefs that these were not the biological parents of the child.”

DNA tests confirmed this and the pair have been arrested for alleged abduction.

The parents of missing British girl Madeleine McCann have reportedly been given hope by the discovery of the child, who is now in the care of a charity.

A group of people who took inspiration from fake Income Tax scene in Mahesh Babu's film Businessman robbed a house in Sainagar of Nizamabad.

A team of six members posing as Income Tax officers knocked the doors of an Automobile show owner Praveen's house in the early hours of Friday. They pretended to be seizing the undisclosed assets which include 20 tolls of Gold, 1kg silver and over Rs 1 lakh cash and ran away with them.

Only after few hours after the robbery the businessman and his wife realized that the persons who came to their house were fake Income Tax officers. They immediately lodged a complaint in the police station and a team of cops were in search of the burglars.

Indian capital is no more a safe haven and here is another killing that resulted in the death of five people, all from the same family. Primary investigations revealed that it is a case of love and extra-marital affair that resulted in killings.

Ravi, a 27 year old unemployed from Delhi killed the wife of his cousin Navin, a BPO cab driver, for not accepting his marriage proposal. Navin's wife Renu is said to be having an illicit relation with Ravi from a couple of years. Recently, the killer asked Renu to help win the heart of Renu's sister Baby and that led to the quarrel.

When her husband is not at home, Ravi killed Renu and her landlady Sheila who rushed to spot after hearing first gun shot. Later, Ravi rushed to their native village and killed Renu's father Harender and sister Baby. Before killing them he proposed to Baby, for which she and her father opposed. When villagers surrounded him to catch, he found trapped and killed himself with the gun.

Landlady Sheila's son who managed to escape Ravi's shooting is the key witness, while their domestic help is not able to open her mouth due to shock though she has seen the whole incident. Police are investigating the case to find out if the killer is having any criminal past, as he executed all the four by shooting on their foreheads.
