Chandrababu Naidu Became Hurdle For NTR Statue?
Though TDP Chief Naidu is not in town from a couple of days, his name is resounding in political circles, with his anti-groups drawing criticism. It is accused that Naidu is not taking care for the proceedings regarding the installation of NTR statue in parliament arena.
'Naidu is not responding properly about NTR’s statue in Parliament premises. During late speaker Balayogi's regime, we got permission to install Alluri and NTR statues, but it is Naidu who became hurdle for that', said Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad, chairman of Hindi Academy. 'Though Daggubati Purandareswari wrote many letters regarding the statue of her father, Naidu never wrote one about his father-in-law', he criticized.
As per reports, permission was granted during Balayogi's regime, but the then Chief Minister Naidu should give a letter regarding the installation. Now, if speaker Meera Kumar gives a go for Alluri and NTR statues, CM Kiran should respond for that.
