Nagarjuna teams up with Dhoni for Racing
King Nagarjuna and Indian skipper Dhoni passion for bikes is well known. Now, both the stars have teamed up to float their own racing team 'MSD R-N Racing Team India'.
MSD R-N Racing Team India has two riders namely Florian Marino of France and Dan Linfoot of Great Britain. This racing team will compete in the FIM Supersport World Championship next year. This championship is a support race for the World Superbike Championship which is all set to make its debut in Inda in March 2013.
As per the details mentioned in the official website of the team, Dhoni and Nagarjuna are the directors of this multi-million racing project. Dhoni's manager and his close aide Arun Pandey is the managing director.
What attracted Nag towards this racing project? It's his passion for bikes & cars and most importantly the Dhoni connection. The actor came to know about the racing team from his business partner Nandish Domlur, who was contacted by Dhoni's manager for investors. The management have plans to take this sport to a next level in India by setting up a Racing Academy and grooming Indian racers. Wish good luck for Tollywood King and India's lucky mascot!
