Two more suspected H1N1 samples sent for test
BHOPAL: Samples of two more suspected cases of swine flu were sent for tests to Jabalpur laboratory here on Wednesday. In the city, the condition of four suspected swine flu patients continues to be critical, according to health officials. So far, this year the H1N1 virus has led to the death of two people in the city.
On Tuesday, health authorities said an 11-month-old infant and 20-year-old woman were admitted and were quarantined after they showed symptoms of the swine flu virus.
So far from Bhopal, 65 samples of suspected swine flu cases have been sent for tests to theRegional Medical Research Centre (RMRC) in Jabalpur. Women were victim In both reported deaths from swine flu in the city.
Tests reports of the four are awaited from the RMRC. In all, this year 16 people in the state have been diagnosed with swine flu which has led to four deaths - two in Bhopal and one each in Gwalior and Indore.
