Bhanu Kiran targets Journalists this time!
In a surprise development, Bhanu Kiran who was the prime accused in factionist Maddelacheruvu Suri's murder case complained against Journalists for tarnishing his image.
In his complaint, Bhanu mentioned the names of four print media journalists and a new channel journo accusing them of indulging in mud-slinging activities to defame him. These media persons have covered the story of Bhanu's hand in Handri-Neeva Irrigation Project contracts. According to them, Bhanu amassed Rs 200 crore by taking contracts and sub-contracts in benami names. These media reports had upset Bhanu and also prompted him to file the complaint.
The Cherlapalli prison authorities have handed over the complaints of Bhanu to the Kushaiguda police. However, the cops haven't registered the case yet. Instead, they are seeking the help of lawyers before filing an FIR as Bhanu is an under trail prisoner and the prime accused in a sensational case.
Bhanu was taken into custody by the CID police in April this year. Apart from Suri's murder case, several land settlement cases have been levelled against him.
