KBR Case: Vimalakka Arrested, Jailed

Andhra Pradesh police are casting their web over the staunch Telangana agitators in order to prevent hasty stuff during the upcoming T-march. The first to go is Telangana Praja Front leader Vimalakka.

On 17th September, late CM Kasu Brahmananda Reddy's statue located in front of KBR Park main gate in Jubilee Hills was vandalized by agitators. By evening, Telangana Praja Front has claimed that they are the ones to destroy that statue and warned that they will demolish the statues all people who went against T-movement. Their list included Jalagam Vengala Rao and Y S Rajasekhar Reddy's statues. In a bid to prevent such incidents, AP Police have arrested TPF leader Vimalakka today morning and presented her before court, upon which she is sent to jail for 14 days on remand.
