No More Discussion: Jagan to YS Vijayamma
YSR Congress honorary president YS Vijayamma revealed some interesting facts in an exclusive interview given to Sakshi on the death anniversary of YS Rajasekhar Reddy. She recalled the incident when she once expressed her displeasure with Jagan (when he was studying 10th standard) over YSR's busy political schedule which is not allowing him to spend sometime with the family, Yuva Neta replied,"People worship my father even Today for the good work he has done. I want to be just like him".
Vijayamma revealed that she strictly opposed when her Son expressed his interest to enter politics before 2009 polls, but couldn't stop Jagan as he was determined to join politics. Jagan to Vijayamma: "I'm telling you since childhood that I wish to be like my father. Politics is the only way to fulfill that wish. No more discussion on this topic - I have decided to contest in polls".
On the similarities between YSR and Jagan, Vijayamma said,"Both of them approach the people in the same way and they have the zeal to do good for the poor. They believe in the point that people will remember them forever if they do something appreciable. Like his father, Jagan too wants to be alive in the hearts of people even after his death".
According to her, the only difference between YSR and Jagan is the time sense. "YSR was very particular about time. Everything should go on as per the schedule. Jagan is learning that now," she says.
Vijayamma expressed confidence that Jagan will get the bail soon, occupies the CM chair and earns the name of good CM just like his father.
