Out! AP Minister Caught In Dodgy Trap
Education minister Parthasarathy is facing tough times in his political career, with many cases bouncing against him. In fact, analysts are saying that this is the end of his political career with the trap laid by Election Commission today.
It is already known that Minister Parthasarathy is sentenced by a court for two months jails regarding violation of FERA rules. However, this case and its verdict pushed Parthasarathy into other problems, with Election Commission giving him notices for not including the details of his case in 2004 and 2009 election affidavits. In the primary inquiry conducted by EC, the minister is found guilty and the returning officer is ordered to file petition in court now. The court might cancel his election and push him into jail for few more months or years. There is a possibility of court banning him from contesting elections in the future also.
Other than CBI's cases and faulty GOs of some ministers, this will be the second big blow for Congress party and CM Kiran before 2014 elections. Let us see how oppositions will bring Kiran to roads now!
