Salman, Arbaaz all set to make DABANGG 2 a biggie
With four blockbusters in a row, Salman Khan is indeed enjoying a career high like no other actor is in the recent times. Mixed reviews for his latest release EK THA TIGER notwithstanding, Salman has managed to keep his Eid record intact. Now indications are clear that he has his eyes set on making Christmas his own this year at the least.
'The way Salman's films have been succeeding on festive seasons, it should not be any different for DABANGG 2 which releases on the eve of Christmas,' observes an insider, 'Just like EK THA TIGER which benefited from an extended festive season, even DABANGG 2 releases in a week that is filled with holidays.'
CHECK OUT: Arbaaz Khan not over confident about DABANGG 2
On contacted, film's producer and director Arbaaz Khan said, ''Frankly, I am not sitting here and deciding on any numbers. I can't think ki chalo sequel hai, release date achchi hai, toh hamaara kaam ho gaya. I want to be happy making the film and should enjoy each and every day. DABANGG 2 has not been made with an ulterior motive to just fetch some great numbers and be happy with the commercial success. I am making this film for myself and be happy and confident as a first time director.''
Well, given the roll that Salman is on, he should take care of the rest.
