Chiru's 'Chinna Choopu' On Telangana?
After taking charge as Union Tourism Minister of State, the first file signed by Megastar Chiranjeevi is giving funds to 'Kakatiya Festival' that is going to take place in Warangal district. But his next signatures and announcement are said to be irritating T-activists.
Chiranjeevi, who once announced that he is a man committed to United Andhra, later voiced for Social Telangana after joining hands with Congress. As an act of getting closer to Telangana cadres, Chiru has made it sure that he will sign first file for Telangana. However, Chiru has allotted 25 lakhs for Kakatiya festival, but promised to grant 50 crores for development of Vizag. This is not going well with T-activists and they are saying that Chiru is having 'Chinna Choopu' on this area.
Technically Vizag is a tourist spot and amounts should be huge to develop it than the ones granted for Kakatiya festival. So, there is nothing wrong in that allocation, says a member of Chiru team.
