Jagan will be in Jail till 2013 March
YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy who was arrested in connection with illegal assets case is unlikely to get bail before March 2013.
CBI JD Lakshminarayana confirmed that it takes time to file the final consolidated charge sheet in Jagan's case. "As far as Jagan's illegal assets case is concerned, we will file a consolidated charge-sheet related to seven issues (Sandur Power Company, Bharati-Raghuram Cements, India Cements, Penna Cements, Dalmiya Cements, Kolkata-based briefcase companies and Indu-Lepakshi Knowledge Park. We haven't set any specific time frame for filing the charge sheet," he says, hinting that Jagan will have to wait till the March deadline given by Supreme Court.
The investigation agency has finished the value assessment of Jagan's Lotus Pond house in Hyderabad and is now going to wrap up the estimation of his palace in Bengaluru.
As the Supreme Court has already turned down Jagan's bail plea once, Yuva Neta needs to wait till the time CBI submits the consolidated charge sheet to apply for bail again.
