Yerram Naidu Died in Road Accident

Telugu Desam Party leader and former Union Minister Kinjarapu Yerram Naidu died in the tragic road accident in Andhra Pradesh on Friday.

Naidu was killed in a road accident when the the car in which they were travelling collided with an oil tanker. The mishap happened at around 2 am on Friday when Naidu was returning to Srikakulam after attending a wedding ceremony at Vishakapatnam. He was rushed to KIMS Sai Seshadri hospital. He was declared dead at around 3:30 am.

Nadu was travelling in Mahendra Stylo Car along with Srikakulam District TDP Leaders Chowdary Babji and Appala Naidu. The SUV collided with a petrol tanker on Ranasthalam Highway Number 9. Chowdary Babji and Appala Naidu are seriously injured in the accident. The Mahendra SUV belonged to Chowdary babji.

The three were rushed to the KIMS Sai Seshadri Hospital by the passers-by. On the way, Naidu went into a state of Coma and could not recover from it. Doctors and hospital staff tried to recussicate him but failed and declared him dead at around 3:30 am. TDP Party Chief N Chandra Babu Naidu and other leaders from the party conveyed their condolences to the family members.

Naidu is survived by wife Kinjarapu Vijaya Kumari and a son Ramu and a Daughter. Yerrannaidu Kinjarapu was a member of the 11th Lok Sabha, 12th Lok Sabha, 13th Lok Sabha and 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Srikakulam constituency of Andhra Pradesh.
