The pop icon sat down with 'Good Morning America' Tuesday to dish details about her upcoming Sin City show, new album and her past relationships.
All eyes were on Britney Spears.
The pop princess touched down at "Good Morning America" on location Tuesday via helicopter to make the not-so-secret announcement that shes inked a two-year deal to perform at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.
Spears was surprised by more than 1,000 fans who gathered to greet her in the desert, holding up signs promoting the upcoming show, "Britney, Piece of Me," which will premiere in Sin City Dec. 27.
"This is such a sweet thing to do," Spears said of her warm welcome. "I don't even know what to say. I'm speechless. This is shocking."
"We wanted the environment to be that way so people could come and have a good time and stand up and feel like they're in the show with me," she told "GMA" during her sit-down of her choice to perorm 50 Vegas concerts.
"I love Vegas. The energy here is really, really good."
Spears also spoke a bit on her love life when asked how old she was and who exactly her first kiss was.
"Oh, my god," she answered slightly embarrassed. "Maybe 13?"
"It was Justin," she replied, referring to her former high-profile ex-boyfriend and "Mickey Mouse Club" co-star, Justin Timberlake.
She also mentioned another past love, her ex fiancé Jason Trawick.
"During this album, I had a breakup with Jason that I went through that I wrote a lot about," she said of her split with her boyfriend of four years.
"Breakups suck, man! They do."
During Spears two-year-run in Vegas, her performances will be a combination of her brand new music as well as her iconic hits.
Being the center of controversial performances herself, Spears addressed to "GMA" the media frenzy surrounding Miley Cyrus' racy display at the 2013 VMAs with Robin Thicke.
"I think any time you do a performance that is memorable, you're going to have criticism. I think she's doing her thing, being herself. So I give props to her."
Her first single, "Work B**ch," off her eighth studio album, due out Dec. 3, did unfortunately leak ahead of its release Sunday, but tickets to see Spears in Las Vegas go on sale this week.
"I want to see ALL of your faces there over these next two years... I mean it!! Tickets for the 1st shows go on sale this Fri 9/20 @ 10am PST," she tweeted to her more than 31 million followers.
