The Pro Bowl linebacker, serving a six-game suspension for violating the NFL's drug policy, was stopped by law enforcement last week and cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license, according to a report by CBS4 in Denver.
Miller, who set a franchise record with 18 1/2 sacks last season, reportedly was stopped near his home in Arapahoe County. He had been arrested in August after failing to appear in court on misdemeanor traffic violations.
Arapahoe County Sheriff Grayson Robinson told CBS4 that Miller was not jailed for last week's offense but was cited. He said Miller was in the car with his father, who was then allowed to drive.
The Broncos, odds-on favorites to win the Super Bowl, have had to deal with several distractions heading into the season, among them Miller's suspension and the arrest of two personnel executives on suspicion of drunk driving.
