Here's the first red band trailer for Neighbors, in which Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne play new parents who move next door to a frat house run by Zac Efron. What could possibly go wrong? Pretty much everything (though nothing looks quite as wrong as Rogen and Byrne playing a married couple).
The trailer is red band (and admittedly not all that funny), so proceed with your own caution.
