Amazing! India Lifts U-19 Cricket World Cup
One final shot into the fence and there started the invasion of Indian team into the ground with dives and shouts, apart from holding the Indian flag high. Voila! Indian Under-19 team has lifted the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup again by beating Australians in Australia. Previously India lifted U-19 world cup in 2000, 2008.
Unmukt Chand played a captain innings today with unbeaten on 111 and Smith Patel's 58 not out guided India to stunning six wicket victory, against the Aussies. In no time Australia looked dominating the men-in-blue though India lost wickets at regular intervals. India beat Australia by six wickets with fourteen balls left at Townsville stadium in Queensland, Australia.
'I'm thrilled and still in a shock mode. All the support from coaches, managers, support staff, Indian cricket fans and their prayers have lead us to win this cup', stated Unmukt Chand. Heaps of appreciation and praises are pouring in from political and film circles for the young Indian team.
