Dharmana Using Loop Holes To Get Out?

While minister Mopidevi Venkataramana simply resigned and went ahead to sit behind bars, minister Dharmana Prasada Rao became a tough nut for CBI to crack as his resignation is yet to be accepted by CM Kiran. After 45 days, the minister spoke to media for the first time and his intentions sound different this time.

Ever since he is served a notice by CBI after his name popped as Accused No.5 in CBI's charge sheet regarding Vanpic scam, Dharmana is not available to media. The other day he met CM Kiran to give a complete explanation of what had happened exactly during YSR's regime and his involvement in the issue, before answering media's questions. 'CBI cannot question the decisions of cabinet and has sent me notices generally as they seek explanation', said Dharmana. 'I've explained everything to CM and will use the opportunities to come back clean by proving my innocence', he adds.

But CBI has clearly mentioned in their charge sheet that Dharmana has broke the decisions of cabinet and acted his own way to give stamp-duty concessions to Nimmagadda Prasad. But the joy on Dharmana's face is indicating as if he has found some loop holes to get bailed out of this issue.
