Minister Galla's Son Tops Mukesh Ambani
Lady minister Galla Arunakumari's son who has sought all ways to get a Congress ticket during the recent Tirupathi by-poll is back in news again. Though he was denied a Congress ticket, he proved again that he is best business.
Andhra Pradesh minister Galla Arunakumari's son Jayadev Galla has found place in top 15 executives of this country receiving highest pay. Standing at 14th place for earning almost Rs. 17.23 crore for the last fiscal 2011-12, Jayadev just managed to go top over Mukesh Ambani who is standing at 15th with a remuneration of 15 crores. The list is topped by Naveen Jindal, CEO of Jindal Steel at 72 crores per annum. This pay chart includes their salary for the post they are holding in the company, along with incentives, profit related commissions and others. Jayadev Galla is currently the CEO of Amar Raja batteries, the family business of Gallas.
By looking at his track record, maybe he will get an MLA or MP ticket next time, say political analysts.
